Which details are actually required?

Only your email address is required. Every additional detail helps us calculate more precisely; if anything essential is missing, we will ask.

Do I need to upload files?

No. File upload is optional; a short description is usually sufficient for an initial cost estimate.

Which units should I use for the volume?

Standard lines of 55 characters, pages, words, hours or your own unit. For audio and video, we also calculate in minutes.

How quickly will I receive a response?

Usually on the same working day. If the project is urgent, provide a preferred delivery date or call us directly.

What happens to my files?

They are used exclusively to prepare the quote and carry out production. Our servers are located in Germany, processing is EU GDPR-compliant and our information security management conforms to ISO 27001.
